Full-time position hours are Monday through Friday from 9-5, with no benefits.

Part-time position is 20 hours per week, with no benefits.

 

Executive Assistant: Full-Time

Job Duties: This person will report to the CEO and be her primary source of support. Responsible for arranging meetings, travel, keeping up with her schedule, answering inquiries, letters, phone, providing support for the accounting department including account reconciliations and reporting some Human Resource functions, Special Project coordination and other duties as assigned. A high level of technical knowledge and ability to work well with all levels of staff, vendors and partners. Sensitivity to confidential matters required.

 

Financial Manager: Full-Time

Job Duties: Must have a bachelor’s degree in accounting and at least five years experience as a full charge bookkeeper at the management level. Proficiency in information technology and current software applications such as QuickBooks a must, and a background in multiple-fund accounting a plus. Responsible for overall accuracy of the general ledger, journal entries, account reconciliations, payroll, taxes and reporting.

 

Housing Project Manager: Part-Time

Job Duties: This person will report to the Housing Manager and be responsible for the overall completion of housing rehabilitation. These duties will include taking bids and following procurement guidelines, overseeing construction crews, scheduling projects, monitoring construction progress and quality of work, securing permits and monitoring budgets for project finances. The Housing Project Manager will ensure safe working conditions on sites, follow OSHA guidelines, and make sure contractors are secured and paid on time.
